Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing via email. A refund of 50% is applicable if cancelled with 48 hours notice or more of the event hire date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event hire date have no refund available and a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
